I downloaded Lanos-Visualizer and my antivirus said its a BackDoor And it has exe file named RainRGB4.exe any answers?

It's a false positive. RainRGB4.exe is written (by me) with AutoIt, and a lot of AntiVirus programs are suspicious of AutoIt programs. You can safely tell your AntiVirus to ignore it.
