Unfortunately, there's no direct way to selectively disable specific skins or applications within Game Mode. I recommend Microsoft's PowerToys which offers a FancyZones feature that can be used to create different desktop zones. You could assign Rainlendar2 to a specific zone and disable that zone during Game Mode.
